Kettle Food’s annual “People’s Choice” campaign was innovative because it brought the voice of the collective together before social media really took off. The campaign allowed users to vote on their favorite new chip flavor (either just through looking at the flavors, or by ordering a sample pack in the mail.) I ran the entire campaign, from managing the shipping and product fulfillment, to the website, the app development, the advertising, the social media outreach and vendor management.
