In addition to being the biggest athletic event of the year, the Super Bowl is also a big cash cow. And everyone wants to cash in.
A Seattle medical marijuana company, Solstice Grown, is offering a big-game special to its customers: The 12th Pack, a special edition of its pre-rolled cannabis. Seattle TV station KING reported the joints are filled with what the company calls its Seahawk Blend, the loudest it has. The company’s website features a promotional YouTube video that includes what appears to be the voice of Seahawks coach Pete Carroll, who’s talking about the impact the team’s fans, The 12th Man or 12s, have on his team.
“We have got to give back to those fans,” Carroll is heard saying in what sounds like a locker room speech. “The 12s are unbelievable.”
